Volunteers Needed For CLSI Project Revision:

EP17-A2 - Protocols for Determination of Limits of Detection and Limits of Quantitation; Approved Guideline—Second Edition

This document provides guidance for determining the lower limit of detection of clinical laboratory methods, for verifying claimed limits, and for the proper use and interpretation of the limits. This applies to all quantitative procedures, even if the reported result is qualitative.

Specific Expertise/Work Experience Needed:
Laboratory directors, laboratory managers, manufacturers of in vitro diagnostic (IVD) devices

and developers of clinical laboratory measurement methods, representatives of industry, statisticians, clinical chemists, laboratory personnel, regulatory authorities, and medical personnel.
