At the General Assembly of Delegates held in Taipei, Taiwan in 2014, the delegates voted on the new IFBLS Bylaws.  These Bylaws were presented and adopted by the IFBS Board of Directors on October 1, 2014 and accepted by the GAD on October 7, 2014.
